1) ORDER PROCESSING
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days unless otherwise stated on the product page (e.g., pre-orders).

2) SHIPPING TIMES
Estimated shipping times vary by destination and carrier. Delivery estimates are not guarantees.

3) PRE-ORDERS
If an item is marked as a pre-order, the estimated ship window will be listed on the product page. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking once your order ships.

4) TRACKING
When available, tracking information will be sent to the email provided at checkout.

5) ADDRESS ACCURACY
Please ensure your shipping address is correct. We are not responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect addresses.

6) LOST / STOLEN PACKAGES
If tracking shows “Delivered” but you did not receive the package, please contact the carrier first and then contact us. We will assist where possible, but we cannot guarantee replacement for carrier-confirmed deliveries.

7) INTERNATIONAL ORDERS / DUTIES
International orders may be subject to customs fees, duties, or taxes imposed by the destination country. These charges are the customer’s responsibility.
