Shipping Costs
Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the issue. We will promptly resolve the matter.
Final Sale & Pre-Order Items
All discounted, promotional, and pre-order items are considered final sale and are not eligible for cancellation or refund once the order has been processed.
